Go Cotswolds provides a free pick-up/drop-off service from Leamington Spa rail station, making our Cotswolds Day Tours accessible to anyone living or staying in Leamington Spa, Warwick University students and staff, or workers at the nearby Jaguar Land Rover site. Here is everything you should need to know…
On Wednesdays, Thursdays*, Fridays and Saturdays*:
- The tour departs from Leamington Spa rail station by 8.35am, but please try to arrive before this.
- The tour departs from Leamington Spa rail station by 9.00am, but please try to arrive before this.
Where do I meet you?
For all tours departing from Leamington Spa station, the Go Cotswolds minibus will arrive in the car park in front of the station building. We have a big Mercedes minibus with Go Cotswolds logos on the side of it so you shouldn’t be able to miss us!
What if I am late?
If you are delayed or need to contact us for any reason on the morning of the tour, please call/text/WhatsApp your tour guide – you will receive their name and mobile phone number the day before your tour, so it’s a good idea to save this in your phone. If they don’t answer the phone, they are probably driving, so please leave a message and wait and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
Leamington Spa is our first pick-up location of the day, and it is the furthest away from the Cotswolds. Therefore, please arrive at the station before the pick-up times stated above. We are not able to wait for more than a few minutes if you are not at the station on time!
Returning to Leamington Spa
At the end of the tour, we return to Leamington Spa station by approximately 6.15pm.
We can also drop you off at one of our other free drop-off points (Moreton-in-Marsh station, 5.00pm, or Stratford-upon-Avon, 5.30pm) if you prefer. It’s no problem if you have luggage – we have a large luggage storage space on our minibus, so you can bring it with you!
These times are usually the latest times we will return to these locations. In case of heavy traffic or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, we can never 100% guarantee to be back on time, but it’s not usually a problem!

The information we have provided here, in good faith, is correct at the time of writing (updated: September 2019). In the event of delayed or cancelled public transport, we at Go Cotswolds will do our utmost to make sure that you can still join the tour, even if it means you join a little late. However, in line with our terms and conditions (which you must agree to when you book a ticket with us), Go Cotswolds accepts no responsibility, and will provide no refund or compensation for tours missed through no fault of our own, including delayed, cancelled or missed public transport. We recommend that you take out suitable travel insurance to cover you in this eventuality.
*Tours operate on Thursdays and Saturdays between May and September only.
