Access Statement

We have a minibus vehicle that can seat 16 people plus driver.

Seats are in pairs on the offside of the vehicle and in a single row on the nearside with a centre aisle.

Our company is a licensed PSV Operator (licence number PD1128544).

Access to the minibus is on the nearside, behind the front seats, up two clearly marked steps; this will benefit you if you have a visual impairment.

A portable step can be put in place at the bottom of the steps to aid your access, which you may find useful if you have impaired mobility.

At the top of the steps on the left is a bright yellow handrail for your convenience.

We do not have wheelchair access but if you use a manual wheelchair (for your convenience) and are able to use the steps we would be happy to transport your wheelchair during the tour. Folding wheelchairs are best for storage purposes. Please let us know at the time of booking if you would like to bring a wheelchair.

The minibus has a fire extinguisher and a substantial first aid kit. Our driver is trained to use this equipment.

The rear doors are unlocked when travelling in case emergency evacuation is required from the vehicle.
