As a small family-run business, we care about the safety of our passengers, our staff and the Cotswold communities we visit.
During the ongoing COVID-19 Coronavirus pandemic, we’re following official advice from the UK Government. We’ll only operate our tours when we’re permitted to do so, and in line with government advice.
We have received VisitEngland’s “We’re Good to Go” industry standard and the World Travel & Tourism Council‘s “Safe Travels” standardised protocols stamp. These show our commitment to keeping everyone safe on our guided tours.
We were permitted to operate in August, September and October 2020, so we already have experience of operating in a pandemic. With tried and tested COVID-19 procedures, our tours are as safe as they possibly can be.
Until things are fully back to ‘normal’, there are a few things we will ask you to do – even if you have had a COVID-19 vaccination.
This guidance will be updated as the Coronavirus situation progresses and when Government advice or laws change.
There may be times when COVID-19 forces us to cancel one or more of our tours. Examples of such occasions might be if regional or national restrictions mean we cannot run our business, if a member of our team becomes ill with COVID-19, or if one of our team has to self-isolate.

To cancel or amend a private tour or private vehicle hire booking, a 14-day notice period is required, and a £50 cancellation fee (per day, for multi-day hires) applies.
